Secondly, you are planning to lose few inches in a month, then you can replace your dinner with a big bowl of soup. When it comes to satisfying your hunger pangs and keeping you full for the whole night, soups such as broccoli and potato or mushroom and lentil soups do the trick. Thirdly, there are specific types of soup diet such as cabbage soup diet. However, before you plan to opt for these types of diet, make sure you consult a nutritionist to help you lose weight in a healthy weight. Also, remember that not all soups are equal. So if you want to lose weight, then so stay away from rich and creamy soups that are laden with butter.
