In this way, it not only helps you to cut down on the calories but also fills you up. You can start your soup diet with soups such as carrot and ginger soup, tomato basil soup or chicken broth soup. Secondly, you are planning to lose few inches in a month, then you can replace your dinner with a big bowl of soup. When it comes to satisfying your hunger pangs and keeping you full for the whole night, soups such as broccoli and potato or mushroom and lentil soups do the trick. Thirdly, there are specific types of soup diet such as cabbage soup diet.
