How to Get Flat Stomach at Home

If all such heading which say from apple shape to flat stomach shape always attracts you and you feel helpless as you can’t take out time to go to gym or a fitness club then what is the solution. Are there some ways through which we can melt away our belly fat at home.

Good news!! There are certain ways through which you can effectively shed your belly belt and you do not need to go anywhere. These are very simple but effective ways to get rid of the stubborn fat around stomach.

Start your morning with a glass of warm lemon water and honey

Fresh lemon juice taken in warm water with honey is highly recommended for people who face tough time shedding their stomach weight. Lemon contains citric acid and malic acid which emulsifies fat fast and also helps in detoxify our body. You can also drink slightly lukewarm water after your meals also. Drinking green tea or cinnamon tea with honey is also helpful.

Don’t skip your breakfast

People in their urge to get flat tummy often try to skip breakfast which results in more weight gain. Breakfast is the first meal that is taken after night’s dinner we fuel our body after an interval of 9-10 hours. When you skip breakfast than excess hunger makes you eat more and extra calories that you get around mid-day get accumulated on your belly.

Eat healthy breakfast including vegetables, fruits, skimmed milk, juices or coconut water and your dose of needful calories.

 Eat frequently

Eat healthy and eat frequently, it does not mean that you keep on munching all the time. The rule is simple that you take those calories which can be burnt and only eat after the previous taken calories get burnt. Choose only low fat and low calorie food items. Include more of vegetables, fruits and whole grain cereals which fuel you adequately at the same time do not contribute in weight gain. Divide these chosen food items in six to seven small meals. Increase your liquid intake which will suppress your appetite and your need of eating more will be off.

Stop taking alcoholic beverages

All your efforts of losing weight and dreams of having a flat tummy may go in vain on a weekend alcohol party. Calorie content of alcohol especially beer and wine is very high. Drinking also stimulates hunger and when you eat while drinking you actually do not have any control over your calorie intake. If you cannot leave it completely then keep it to minimal.

Rest and relax

Stress releases a specific hormone cortisol, which is known as fighter-hormone. This hormone is actually released by the body in case we face any dangerous situations in life. Release of this hormone provides us extra energy which helps us in fighting life-threatening situations. Nowadays stress is contributing in release of this hormone, and in absence of any physical activity the extra energy released by this hormone get accumulated in our body in form of fat. That is why in order to reduce weight besides other precautionary measures managing stress is also important.  You can relax yourself by doing yoga and meditation, socializing with friends, watching movies or any way that you like but relaxing and remaining stress free is important to shed weight.

Follow some simple exercises

 Besides jogging and brisk walking you can do some specific but simple exercises at home.

Bicycle crunch: Lie down with your back pressed onto the floor. Bring your hands behind your head. Starting with your legsbent at a 45-degree angle, bring the right knee into the chest while straightening out your left leg. At the same time, rotate your top half so your left elbow goes to your right knee, then switch to the other side. Repeat for one minute,three times a day.

The plank:

Lie face down then lift yourself up on to your toes and forearms, with your elbows bent at 90 degrees. Keeping your core muscles -— your stomach and bottom — tight and your legs straight, hold for 10 seconds. Repeat three times a day, gradually building to 40 seconds each.

The boat: Sit on the floor, with your knees bent and feet flat and tilt back, extending your legs so your body forms a right angle. Pull your abs in to balance. Extend your arms at shoulder height past your knees. Hold for five slow breaths and return to your starting position. Repeat five times a day.

It is everybody’s dream to have flat belly and it seems impossible to achieve right shape without help of a gym trainer or experts but these simple and easy to follow ways can make you look good without taking pain of going to gym. So, follow them and look good.
